The first time Sophie moved to London, Canary Wharf depressed the hell out of her and it was all just a bit too much, so she pretty much fled
the country and ran off to be a tour leader in SE Asia and eastern
Europe for a year and a half. But soon she came to her senses and
moved back to one of the world’s best cities, and got a job writing
travel articles for an online company. It was all very jammy, but
soon karma caught up with her and she was credit-crunched out of a
job, and she decided that freelancing might be the way to go. Now she
writes articles and reviews for a music website and generally mooches
around London having a nice time.
