Having spent a year commuting daily from Northampton, Gemma is now revelling in the joys of living in central London. Working full-time as a Digital Production Sub-editor at The Sunday Times, she now likes to think of herself as a Londoner (although she knows that six months in Shoreditch probably doesn’t quite cut it). Things that make her happy include piano-playing, running, bargain-hunting, cake-eating and sitting underneath trees with a good book, an iPod, and a bag of Percy Pigs. Friends would describe her as ambitious, loyal and fiercely independent.
