Sporting Plaid

Checks have always been around as far as autumnal fashion is concerned. But this year the ante has been well and truly upped. Tartan, plaid and  checks are just about everywhere. But so as not to look like you’ve gone on a crazed shopping rampage in Gretna Green, it’s best to pick your pieces wisely.

Keep shapes simple and clean, picking styles where the print has no competition and can stand out as the main feature; no fuss or frills.
