Lauretta is best described as a walking contradiction. She moved to London from Derbyshire 10 years ago to see what all the fuss was about and hasn’t looked back. After graduating from University College London Medical School and becoming a doctor she realised she actually wanted to be a journalist. She now works as a freelance health writer and journalist for a variety of online and print publications. She’s a sucker for trying out new fitness trends, alternative therapies, and health foods – because how else will she find that one thing that actually works?
