Fiona works for a theatre in central London and in her free time enjoys nothing more than baking cakes for any occasion. She is passionate about finding undiscovered flavours and loves world food – in particular Mexican street food, south Indian fish dishes and Lebanese cooking. At the weekends you’ll find her back in Cambridge, sipping a glass of wine and eating out at one of her favourite little restaurants or at the theatre watching something zany and outrageous.
