Alex grew up in the suburbs of London but has always been attracted by the bright lights of the City. Eventually, he got to bask in them, living in Islington during his Journalism Masters. He now spends an inordinate amount of time traveling to and from Waterloo, battling the lack of wheelchair access on London’s rail and tube network. Alex writes about arts, culture and current affairs. A music freak, he still secretly hopes for a third Libertines album.
