Kia and Revoo Team Up to Provide Real Reviews

Expert reviews still provide us with a good guide on what to spend our hard earned money on, but it’s also fair to say that real and honest consumer reviews are becoming increasingly important. Even when a hotel appears to be perfect, most of us will quickly check one of the popular review sites before clicking “Book Now”. Equally, you’d be pretty foolhardy to buy a product which other buyers had awarded just one out of five stars!

The people at Kia, named Car Manufacturer of the Year 2012 by Which?, have embraced this new era of unbiased owner reviews by teaming up with Reevoo. They, via the ‘Reevoo manifesto’, work independently and never edit or censor any of the reviews they receive, whether they’re good or bad, and they don’t let shops or brands do so either.

This partnership enables Kia to provide independently verified customer reviews, with the aim of making it easier for car seekers to find the best Kia for their needs. Reevoo has also supplied Kia with an “Ask An Owner” platform which allows prospective car buys to ask current owners specific questions about their experience and how they are finding their car.

To raise awareness of the Kia reviews & recommendations service, the company has developed a snazzy promotional video, complete with a giant video wall that even Justin Timberlake would be proud of! Check it out below:
