My most recent crazy-spotting was a man by himself on the 176 who laughed all the way from Dulwich (South East London) to Tottenham Court Road. That&#039;s a good forty minutes of laughter. Intriguingly, when he got off the bus he suddenly narrowed his eyes and became surly.</description>
